Regarding image recompression, etc.
Image recompression will be disabled for the time being. The maximum number of threads is now set to 1000. The retention period will be adjusted according to the amount of server storage used.

Regarding function and design changes
- Improved the load times when pressing the reload button at the bottom of the thread.
- Did a test to see if I could reduce server storage usage by recompressing uploaded images, but I undid the changes because server storage wasn't reduced despite the image quality deterioration. I will reconsider this once WebP becomes more widespread.
- Made it easier to see the top page on smartphones. The appearance on desktop PCs has not been affected.
- The size of images on the catalog can now be modified. On 2D Alt (Nijiura May) it remains the same as it was before.
- Moved the position of the post deletion button.

We are migrating to Javascript-based oekaki software that will replace the conventional Java applet on the Oekaki board.
